You never got the memo about being straight — mostly because that memo never applied to you, and honestly, it never even came close. This one's for everyone who's done explaining themselves to people who still don't get it, and who'd rather lead with a laugh than a lecture.
Bold rainbow lettering arched in classic varsity collegiate style spells out "STRAIGHT OUTTA..." — and then delivers the punchline with full commitment: "WELL, ACTUALLY, NOT EVEN CLOSE." Every letter hits in full pride-flag spectrum from red through orange, yellow, green, blue, and purple, with a gritty distressed texture that makes the whole thing feel like it's been proudly on display for years. It's part coming-out announcement, part comedy bit, and completely unapologetic — the kind of statement that says everything without having to sit anyone down for a serious conversation.
Why people love it:
Instant Punchline: The setup and payoff lands in two seconds flat — no explanation required, just immediate recognition and laughter.
Rainbow Done Right: Full pride-flag color spectrum in a distressed varsity collegiate font that feels bold, retro, and completely intentional.
Zero Apology Energy: This design doesn't whisper its message — it arches it in giant letters and lets the world read it from across the room.
Relatable AF: Whether you're out and proud or just deeply, definitively not straight, this is the design that finally says it perfectly.
Pop Culture Twist: A playful riff on the iconic "Straight Outta" format that flips the script with maximum comedic timing.
Perfect for: Pride Month celebrations • coming-out gifts • LGBTQ+ community events • anyone who loves a good setup-and-punchline moment
Because "not even close" is sometimes the most honest — and funniest — thing you can say.
