Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! Because we operate on a print-on-demand model, your items are produced specifically for you after your order is placed. This helps us reduce waste and offer a wider variety of unique designs.

1. Production Times

  • Processing: Most orders are printed and packed within 2–5 business days.

  • Peak Seasons: During holidays or high-volume periods, production may take up to 7 business days.

  • You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves the production facility.

2. Shipping Rates & Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We currently offer the following domestic options:

Please note: Total delivery time = Production Time + Transit Time.

3. International Shipping

We do offer international shipping to select countries. Please be aware that international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. We are not responsible for these charges; they are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before finalizing your order. Because our fulfillment process is automated with our printing partners, we are often unable to change the destination address once an order has moved into production. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.

5. Missing or Delayed Packages

Once a package is handed over to the carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.), the delivery is out of our immediate control.

  • If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you cannot find your package, please check with neighbors or your local post office before contacting us.

  • We are not responsible for packages stolen after confirmed delivery.
