You're not lazy — you're strategic. There's a difference between doing nothing and doing nothing on purpose, and frankly, only one of those takes real discipline. If your inbox is a war zone and your leadership style is basically "we'll see," this shirt was made for you. This design features a grumpy sloth in a management shirt and tie, slouched in an armchair with a frowning coffee mug in one hand and a clipboard in the other — surrounded by urgent papers, a broken laptop, and a sign that reads "My Leadership Style: Selective Action." It's the official uniform of every boss who's mastered the art of prioritizing absolutely nothing. The message is clear: you have a system, it just operates on its own timeline. Why customers love it:Perfectly captures the energy of someone who technically has a to-do list but spiritually does notThe "URGENT (eventually)" paper floating in the background hits way too close to home for anyone in an officeGrumpy sloth in a tie is the spirit animal of every middle manager, team lead, or department head who's over itStarts workplace conversations that end in uncomfortable amounts of agreementWearable proof that "I'll get to it" is a complete sentence and a valid management philosophyPerfect for: Office workers who've given up pretending • Managers who delegate everything including urgency • Anyone whose email has 4,000 unread messages • The coworker who invented "selective productivity"Wear it to work and watch your entire team suddenly feel very seen — and very afraid to ask you about that report.Available in sizes S–4XL.
