You've been working harder, smarter, and longer — and somehow your paycheck looks exactly the same as it did a decade ago. If you've ever stared at a profit report while your own bank account laughed at you, this design gets it. This one's for everyone who knows the math doesn't lie, even when the bosses do.
The design hits hard with a stark, data-driven graphic: a bold blue productivity line rockets upward like it's trying to leave the atmosphere, while the gold "Real Wages" line crawls flat across the bottom like it gave up years ago. Surrounding the chart, gritty stencil-style type spells out the brutal truth — "Workers Are Producing Record Profits and Taking Home Pocket Change." No spin, no softening, just the uncomfortable gap between what's made and what's kept.
Why people love it:
Chart Don't Lie: The rising productivity vs. flat wages visual says in one glance what economists write entire books trying to explain.
Stencil Grit: The raw, protest-poster typography gives this the feel of something you'd find wheat-pasted on a city wall — not a boardroom slide deck.
Controlled Rage: It's not a rant, it's a receipt. The calm, factual presentation makes it hit even harder than a slogan alone ever could.
Universal Truth: Whether you're in a warehouse, a classroom, or a cubicle, this message lands — because most people have lived it.
Conversation Starter: Put this on display anywhere and watch people either nod in solidarity or get uncomfortably quiet. Both reactions are correct.
Perfect for: Labor Day rallies • union members and organizers • frustrated workers everywhere • anyone who believes a fair day's work deserves a fair day's pay
Because "just be grateful you have a job" stopped being a valid argument right around the time productivity hit the stratosphere and wages stayed on the ground.
