You've never fully respected authority, but you've always appreciated a good power move. If your sense of humor runs somewhere between revisionist history and unhinged nostalgia, congratulations — you've found your people. This one's for the contrarians, the irony merchants, and everyone who double-takes at the history books.
"Nixon Core" is a retro-styled circular badge design featuring a bold graphic portrait of Richard Nixon — suit, tie, and all — flashing two-handed peace signs with the confidence of a man who absolutely did not do anything wrong. The sunburst backdrop radiates in burnt orange, gold, and rust tones straight out of a 1970s fever dream, while the ornate script lettering below declares "NIXON CORE" like it's both a lifestyle and a diagnosis. It's equal parts political satire, aesthetic throwback, and a gleeful middle finger to taking things too seriously.
Why people love it:
Retro Perfection: The warm sunburst palette and halftone textures nail that vintage 70s propaganda-poster energy without apology.
Peak Irony: Nixon flashing peace signs is the kind of joke that rewards anyone who paid even minimal attention in history class.
Badge Energy: The circular sticker-style layout makes this design pop like a campaign button from an alternate timeline.
Aesthetic Statement: "Nixoncore" as a vibe is niche, specific, and completely unhinged — exactly the kind of thing that starts conversations.
Layered Humor: Works as pure nostalgia bait, political commentary, or just really committed chaos — depending on who's reading it.
Perfect for: history nerds with a dark side • political satire fans • retro aesthetic collectors • anyone who laughs at things they probably shouldn't
Because sometimes the most subversive thing you can do is put Richard Nixon on a pedestal — and make him look this good doing it.
