You've sat through enough planning meetings to know that the most important person in the room is usually the one holding the clipboard — and the best attitude. Whether you're the one zoning out zoning laws or just deeply appreciate the chaos of bureaucracy done with swagger, this design was made for you.
Meet Jimothy: a round, no-nonsense raccoon rocking a hard hat and a bold blue "City Planner" sash, stationed behind a podium and holding a clipboard like he owns every square inch of this town — because he probably does. Equal parts authoritative and absurd, this design captures the beautiful contradiction of taking your job extremely seriously while being, at your core, a trash panda. It's a love letter to the overworked, underloved, and perpetually underestimated professionals who keep civilization from collapsing — one permit at a time.
Why people love it:
Chaotic Authority: A raccoon at a podium with a clipboard hits different when you've attended your third zoning board meeting this month.
Instant Recognition: Urban planners, city employees, and government workers will spot this and feel personally seen.
Pitch-Perfect Humor: Witty without being mean — it celebrates the absurdity of civic life rather than mocking it.
Clean Bold Art: The illustration is crisp, detailed, and built to pop — Jimothy commands attention at any size.
Gift-Ready Personality: Specific enough to feel thoughtful, weird enough to be genuinely funny.
Perfect for: city planners and urban development professionals • government and municipal workers • fans of chaotic-but-competent energy • anyone who's ever filed a variance request in their soul
Jimothy doesn't ask for permission — he approves it.
